School calendars
Mount Academy maintains three calendars that are visible as one combined calendar here. If you would like to sync any of them to the Google Calendar app on your phone, follow the steps below. Any questions, please email techsupport@mountacademy.org.
On your phone, go to our website and browse to the Events tab.
In the bottom right corner of the calendar, click the button to add to Google calendar.
In the popup window, select “Add all.”
Open the Google calendar app on your phone.
Click the “hamburger menu” in the top left corner.
Scroll all the way down and click “Settings.”
You should see a list of all calendars from all your accounts. Find these three calendars:
Mount Academy Athletics (for sports teams including cross country, volleyball, soccer, basketball)
Mount Academy Clubs (for competitive clubs including Science Olympiad, Envirothon, Robotics, Mock Trial, SkillsUSA)
Mount Academy Events (for everything else – holidays and breaks, parents’ nights, concerts, craft sales, open houses, etc.)
Select each calendar in turn to open the settings for that calendar.
Turn on “sync” for each calendar.
Exit settings.
Once you have added and synced the three calendars to the calendar app on your phone, they will appear as layers in your phone calendar. Open the hamburger menu to toggle them on or off as desired.
